How is Innovacore different from an agency or incubator?
We operate as an industrial group, not an advisory layer. We provide hands-on operators who execute with you using validated playbooks across product, legal and growth. We share operating methods, not outsourcing tasks.
How does your pricing model work?
We operate on a shared-risk model rather than traditional invoicing. We align our strategies to reach a common goal in exchange for equity. Recurring contracts are only established once Milestone 1 is successfully achieved. Since every project is unique, get in touch to discuss a structure tailored to your needs.
Who owns the company and its IP after creation?
The business entity (your company) retains full ownership of all specific assets created (websites, code, proprietary strategies). Since Innovacore holds an equity position, our interest is to maximize the asset value of the company itself. We grow when your company owns strong, valuable IP.
How quickly can the project start?
Once diagnostic approval is complete, a typical kickoff can occur within ten business days. Timeline depends on project readiness and operator availability but remains structured with defined milestones.
Do you accept pre-revenue or idea-stage projects?
Yes, if the concept and market logic show traction potential after audit. We specialize in 0–1 builds, provided founder commitment and minimal validation data exist.
Can external partners work inside the project?
Yes. We often integrate founders’ developers, advisors or investors within our structured governance, using shared dashboards and sprint reviews to maintain alignment.
What KPIs do you track during the project?
Build velocity, user acquisition cost, activation ratio, and burn efficiency. KPIs are defined upfront and monitored to evaluate progress objectively, without promising fixed outcomes.
How do you transition after launch?
We generally structure two possible paths. 1. Exit: We sell our shareholdings once the target value is reached. 2. Long-term Partnership: We continue our involvement through outsourced expert contracts and strategic guidance via Board seats. Both scenarios are studied to fit the company's future needs.
