Elrick’s career is a masterclass in versatility. From leading commercial divisions at Kpark to navigating international recruitment with Eotim and Aeroconseil, he has seen every side of the business. He co-founded Portugal Implantation, proving his entrepreneurial drive. His journey through the UK, Netherlands, and Portugal gave him the cultural fluency to manage diverse, large-scale teams. He is the bridge between strategy and the people who execute it.
